AeroRepublica, currently known as Copa Airlines Colombia, changed its name in October 2010 with the aim to become the airline to offer the best service and the timeliest flights in the country. This has allowed the airline to expand its range of destinations both within and outside the country, further benefitting those who choose it. In mid-2012, Copa Airlines Colombia joined the Star Alliance, a major global network, thus increasing client benefits both in the network of destinations and in the on-board experience.
