My credit card was rejected when I made the purchase. What do I do?
If your card was rejected, you must get in contact immediately with your bank or your credit card's issuing entity to confirm that you count with the following requirements:
- Authorization for online purchases.
- Authorization for purchases that exceed the regular purchase limit.
- Sufficient funds to cover the purchase amount.
Remember that your credit card must follow the requirements we mentioned previously, otherwise we will not be able to charge you and your booking will be canceled.
