Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or other events of force majeure, airlines change flight schedules. They may change flight times, number of stopovers, departure or arrival airports, or flight numbers.

In any case, we will get in contact with you at the email you've provided us when you made the purchase to notify you of the change or give you a flight alternative or your updated electronic ticket before you travel.

We always suggest our passengers to provide us updated emails and phone numbers so that we can get in touch with you as fast as possible in these cases.

What do I have to do when I'm notified of a change in my flight?

If the change in your flight's departure exceeds two hours, if there is a change of stopovers, or if there are any changes in any of the airports you arrive at, the airline will offer you a new flight itinerary. In that case, we will get in contact with you at the email you've provided us when you made the purchase to notify you of the changes and show you the flight alternative. You will be able to see the details of the reschedule at My Account, so you can compare it with your original flight, and accept it if it's convenient for you. Once you've accepted the change, we will send you the updated itinerary to your email.

Bear in mind that when there is a major change in your flight, you must confirm the new schedule . Otherwise, your tickets will not be issued until you accept a new alternative, and you will not be able to travel.

If, on the other hand, the change in your flight's departure is less than two hours, your flight itinerary will be adjusted automatically and you don't need to confirm it. In any case, we will keep you updated about each step of the rescheduling process. For your peace of mind, we will be here if you have any questions about the changes.
