Can I add special requests to my booking?

Of course! You can add special services or requests to your booking by logging in through My Account.

Special requests are made to the service provider. They are subject to availability and may imply extra charges.

Some services that are available for your flight include:

  • Special meals (kosher - vegan - vegetarian - celiac)
  • Bassinet
  • Pet hold
  • Wheelchair

Some of the services available for your hotel include:

  • Additional bed/Double bed/Separate beds/Bassinet-Cot in room
  • Amenities for people with reduced mobility
  • Early/Late Check-in/Check-out
  • Connected/Adjoining rooms
  • Room in upper/lower floor
  • Room with sea/mountain view

Once you've made the request, we will consult with the corresponding provider.As soon as the provider confirms the special request, we will send you an email.

If you wish to see the full list of special requests and/or make a special request for your flight, hotel, or service, you can do it by logging in to My Account.
