Sítio Morada do Pai com Piscina e Sinuca

Multitemporada presents Sítio Morada Do Pai, a sun-drenched retreat surrounded by nature, with the sound of the waterfall, very close to the Morro da Pipa and Santa Paulina hang-gliding trails. We have a wood-burning stove, adult and children's pools, barbecue, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bed linens and a small boat to sail on the lake. Finally, we are close to CTG Silva Neto, a location for major events in our city!

The house is spacious, comfortable, and charming, featuring rustic-style décor and heating systems. The ground floor is now equipped with a heating and cooling air conditioning unit—a 12,000 BTU model installed in the living room, strategically positioned to climate-control both the living area and the surrounding spaces.

The property features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): 1 double box-spring bed + 1 double mattress

Bedroom 2 (Upper Floor): 1 double bed + 1 single mattress

Bedroom 3 (Upper Floor): 1 double bed + 1 single mattress

Bedroom 4 (Upper Floor): 1 double bed + 1 double mattress + 1 single mattress

Note on air conditioning: There is currently a unit on the ground floor that effectively serves the living room and the bedroom on that level. High-quality fans are provided in the upstairs bedrooms. The unit offers both heating and cooling for added comfort during the winter.

For leisure, guests can enjoy the new game room equipped with a pool table—perfect for spending quality time with family or friends.

The main living room features a 47-inch Smart TV with cable channels. All bedrooms have balconies with a view; the neighborhood is rural, quiet, and very safe. We offer secure, private parking. While there is no public transportation in the neighborhood, we can arrange a transfer service if needed.

Local Information:

- The region offers well-known religious tourism options, such as the Santa Paulina Sanctuary. You can travel to the sanctuary via the ''Caminhos de Santa Paulina'' (Paths of Santa Paulina) route. This trail begins in Camboriú (SC), passes through Canelinha (SC)—where the property is located—and ends in Nova Trento (SC), home to the sanctuary. The route is inspired by the Camino de Santiago in Spain. The main goal of this outing is to undertake the pilgrimage—a globally practiced religious act—while also connecting with nature and exploring the diverse landscapes of the Atlantic Forest. The route from the property to the sanctuary covers a total distance of 26 km.

Access:

- The access road to the property includes only a short unpaved stretch of approximately 1 km and is in excellent condition;

- A trip to Morro da Pipa to watch the sunrise is highly recommended;
