Prainha, like all of Arraial do Cabo, has a simple infrastructure and the charm of a small town. The apartment is very comfortable, airy and complete. We chose not to install air conditioning because the sea breeze is wonderful and keeps the environment always fresh and well-lit. To offer even more comfort and convenience when packing your bags, we provide bed linens and towels. Our kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, as well as appliances for your convenience! Access to the building and the apartment is fully automated. We do not offer concierge service. Check-in is done independently. The lock has a smart card system that controls access and automatically deactivates the power when the card is removed, providing greater security and sustainability. The building has an elevator and security cameras. The apartment is located on the sixth floor, accessible by elevator. The building does not have a leisure area, only a garage. We contacted the person responsible for the reservation in advance to inform them about check-in. During your stay, we offer all the necessary support, always respecting the privacy and priorities of our guests. Prainha is a very busy neighborhood during the day, but it tends to be quieter at night. It's a great option for seniors, children, and those who want to enjoy a beautiful beach and relax at night. Arraial do Cabo is a small town with several easily accessible beaches. Prainha is located right at the entrance to the city. We are 1.1 km from the Arraial bus station, a distance of approximately 3 minutes. Cabo Frio Airport is 10.1 km away, about a 15-minute drive.
