The preliminary project of the House was designed by Architect Mauricio Rocha Iturbide. Its construction, adaptation and implementation of Ecotecnias was carried out by Architect Udo Muchow. The house itself is a work of art. The hostess will be very attentive to making sure the guests feel comfortable. You will love staying in this room! The Aralia room has a double bed and a fairly large living room. There is also the option of adding two single beds (we ask that you let me know if you need the extra beds). In total four people fit in a very large space. Although the base price is designed for two people, there is the possibility of hosting four people in the same room for an extra cost per person, starting with the third person. The room also has a dining table for four people, a private bathroom and a closet. There is a coffee maker, cups, glasses, plates, cutlery napkins. If people prefer, they can share the common areas with the inhabitants of the house: kitchen, living room and dining room. WiFi access! It is a beautiful room! We are waiting for you! At the entrance to the subdivision there is an Asturiano convenience store and a cafeteria. It is a closed subdivision, there is a doorman at the entrance who will ask you for identification for access. Parking is directly in front of the room on the cobblestone area. You can leave your car in front of the entrance to the room and it will be very safe, since the room is in a private subdivision with surveillance and surveillance cameras day and night. You can enter and leave the subdivision by car at any time, as long as you register at the security booth. If you come without a car, you can ask for an Uber to pick you up right in front of the room or at the entrance of the subdivision. There is also a bus stop approximately 600 meters from the entrance to the subdivision. In the House there are two elderly dogs, Camilla and Gandalf. And two cats, Tapioca and Kiki. There are also Kiki (cat, good character) and Tapioca (very introspective cat). All four are completely harmless and appreciate it if you are nice to them. I like people to feel comfortable and independent during their stay. The Aralia room is part of Casa Tezontle, within the La Rica Ecological private subdivision in Juriquilla, it is one of the oldest subdivisions in the area and what distinguishes it is that the people who live here value nature and living in peace and harmony. At the entrance to the subdivision there is an Asturiano convenience store (you can walk from the room to the store and it will take you 5 minutes). Also next to the Asturiano there is a cafeteria where you can have a coffee and work on your computer. Very close to the Asturiano -walking- there is a Guadalajara Pharmacy (where you can get a supermarket). Near the subdivision there is also a bus stop, UNAM, Cinvestav, UVM, as well as the Sun Hills School, Carol Baur and an area of banks - the most representative ones -. There are also some parks to go running or walking and Santa Rosa Jaúregui with its beautiful Bicenternario park. It is also surrounded by a large number of residential subdivisions and various businesses, including Starbucks, Fresko, Superama, Office Max, Santa Clara, etc. If you come by car you can go and come the same day to San Miguel de Allende, which is 45 minutes away - from the House to the entrance of San Miguel.
