La Casa Tezontle, a minimalist, modern and sustainable house; Built with a lot of love and respecting some guidelines of Vastu Shastra Architecture. The architecture of the house and its materials are unique. Welcome The architecture of the house and its materials are unique. The preliminary project of the House was designed by Architect Mauricio Rocha Iturbide. Its construction, adaptation and implementation of Ecotecnias was carried out by Architect Udo Muchow. The house itself is a work of art. The hostess will be very attentive to making sure the guests feel comfortable. You will love staying in this room! The Huizache room has direct access to a beautiful garden. It has a double bed and a private room overlooking the garden. A dining table with two chairs, a desk, a small refrigerator and a microwave oven. It has a private bathroom with a dressing room. If people prefer, they can share the common areas with the inhabitants of the house: kitchen, living room and dining room. Wi Fi throughout the House. It's a beautiful room. We will wait for you! At the entrance to the subdivision there is an Asturiano convenience store and a cafeteria. It is a closed subdivision, there is a doorman at the entrance who will ask you for identification for access. Parking is directly in front of the room on the cobblestone area. You can leave your car in front of the entrance to the room and it will be very safe, since the room is in a private subdivision with surveillance and surveillance cameras day and night. You can enter and leave the subdivision by car at any time, as long as you register at the security booth. If you come without a car, you can ask for an Uber to pick you up right in front of the room or at the entrance of the subdivision. There is also a bus stop approximately 600 meters from the entrance to the subdivision. In the House there are two elderly dogs, Camilla and Gandalf. And two cats, Tapioca and Kiki. There are also Kiki (cat, good character) and Tapioca (very introspective cat). All four are completely harmless and appreciate it if you are nice to them. I like people to feel comfortable and independent during their stay. I live in the house, I am not normally available, however, if something special arises, you are happy to contact me by Whats App, cell phone or in person. The Huizache room is part of the Casa Tezontle, within the La Rica Ecological private subdivision in Juriquilla, it is one of the oldest subdivisions in the area and what distinguishes it is that the people who live here value nature and living in peace and harmony. Also next to the Asturiano there is a cafeteria where you can have a coffee and work on your computer.
