Taking a taxi from the airport will take you between 20-30 minutes (or more, depending on traffic). Please note that you will need to have Colombian pesos. The bus to and from the airport is very easy as the bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. At the airport, you first need to get a Tullave card which currently costs COP6,000 (=1.5USD) and then top it up with, say, COP10,000. The Tullave kiosk is green and is about 100 meters from the arrivals exit inside the terminal building. You need Colombian money for this. It is essentially a smart card since you cannot pay in cash on Bogotá buses. Then exit the terminal building and walk to the left, where you will find the bus stop. Take the K86 bus to the satellite station about 2 miles from the airport. From there you can take different routes to Las Aguas station (1 minute walk) or to Universities (10 minutes walk). Station AC 19 - KR 4 ​​​​Germania (3 mi walking) Bus 1 is the most direct and leaves you at Universities. You should walk south two blocks.
