Upper floor house: 1 master suite measuring 70m² with air conditioning, panel with 75-inch TV, armchair, desk, closet, blackout curtains, bathroom with two showers, and a whirlpool tub. 2 semi-suite bedrooms are excellent; they have a bathroom that can be used for both bedrooms. 1 queen-size bed, built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 1 has a fan, and bedroom 2 has air conditioning. Both have a 50-inch TV and blackout curtains. On the ground floor, there is a large living room, 1 suite with air conditioning, and a regular bedroom without a bathroom. However, there is a powder room next to the bedroom, and the bedroom has a fan.
