Salinas del Mar Building Rules

- Building Registration: At check-in, a mandatory payment of COP $12,500 per person must be made at the building’s reception for registration and the issuance of a wristband valid for the entire stay. This wristband is required to access the building’s common areas. (SOHO does not intervene in this charge.) This fee may vary annually according to decisions made by the building’s assembly.

- Building Access: All guests must present a valid identification document. Foreign guests must present a passport; Colombian citizens must present a national ID card (cédula de ciudadanía); and foreign residents in Colombia must present a foreign ID card (cédula de extranjería). Entry will not be permitted without valid identification.

- Lobby Use: Waiting in the lobby before apartment access at 3:00 PM is not permitted.
