The building is brand new and private. - Send a photo of each guest's ID. - No guests who are not on the guest list will be allowed to enter. - Parties or events are not allowed in the property. - The loft is accessed by elevator, and you will need to climb a small flight of stairs upon arriving on the floor. Super nice loft with sofa bed, queen-size bed, closets, air conditioning, Smart TV, blackout curtains, dining table, several sockets, as well as a super nice terrace on the second floor, with a view of Christ the Redeemer. High-speed Internet. Fully equipped bathroom with a shower with good pressure. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, Nespresso machine, Airfryer, water filter and various utensils. It also offers other amenities, such as a portable crib*, hairdryer, ironing board and iron and amenities kit (shampoo, conditioner and soap). The building has a laundry room. *The change of bed linen, towels and cleaning during the stay are extra services and have an additional cost. *Guests who wish to use the portable crib must request it in advance. The guest will have access to all areas of the Loft and also to the building's laundry room. The guest will have contact with us 24 hours a day through our contact channels.
