About the Properties: Vacation Rentals: We work with seasonal rentals in residential properties. Pest control: We carry out periodic pest control every 90 days. However, due to the tropical climate and urban environment, it is possible that insects or pests may occasionally appear. Although we take all preventive measures, the complete eradication of insects in large cities is beyond our control.
