IMPORTANT:

- For self check-in, if any issue occurs that requires the host to go to the property after 8:00 p.m., there will be a convenience fee ranging from R$ 50.00 to R$ 100.00, depending on the time.

- Additional bed/bath linen and cleaning are requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone;

- The entry of guests and/or visitors who exceed the property's capacity or who are not listed in the reservation is prohibited;

- Smoking is not allowed;

- Pets are not allowed;

- Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, with fines applied;

- Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM;

- Any disrespect for condominium/neighborhood rules is the guest's responsibility, in addition to fines;

- For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, which includes a new cleaning of the property and the replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay;Before check-in,

- Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide identification documents for data verification.

- The pre-check-in will be sent by us 72 hours before check-in, and completing it is mandatory. Failure to submit the information or delays in providing it may result in delays or prevent access to the property.

- Washer and dryer in the property;

- 1 covered parking space (not suitable for trucks).

* Hotel-quality bed and bath linens (extra bed linens and towels are charged by Seazone);

* The included cleaning service is only provided at check-out. If the guest requires additional cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged.

* One bath towel per guest and one hand towel per bathroom, as well as bed linens for the number of guests indicated, are provided. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.
