- Any disrespect is the responsibility of the guest, as are any fines;
- For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged for a new cleaning of the property and the replacement of bed linen and towels during the period;
- Before check-in, guests may be asked to send documentation to confirm their details.
- The pre-check-in will be sent by us 72 hours before check-in, and completing it is mandatory. Failure to submit the information or delays in providing it may result in delays or prevent access to the property.

* One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, as well as sheets for the indicated number of guests. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.
