IMPORTANT:

- Check-in: from 3 PM to 8 PM;

- Checkout: by 11 AM;

- Check-ins after 8 PM may be subject to a convenience fee: R$50 until 10 PM and R$100 after 10 PM;

- For same-day bookings, additional wait time may be required due to the host's travel time to the property;

- Extra linens/towels and cleaning must be requested and are paid separately, directly to Seazone;

- The entry of guests and/or visitors who exceed the property's capacity or who are not listed in the reservation is prohibited;

- Smoking is not allowed;

- Pets are welcome! We gladly accept your pet for an additional fee of R$100 per animal. This fee is not included in the platform price and must be paid at check-in directly to the host;

- Pets must relieve themselves only on the street, and any damage caused to the property will be charged during check-out inspection;

- Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and may incur fines;

- Quiet hours: from 10 PM to 7 AM;

- Any disrespect is the responsibility of the guest, as are any fines;

- For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, which includes a new cleaning of the property and the replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay;

- Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide identification documents for data verification.

- The pre-check-in will be sent by us 72 hours before check-in, and completing it is mandatory. Failure to submit the information or delays in providing it may result in delays or prevent access to the property.

Since this is an area of beaches and nature, the points of interest are the natural attractions of the peninsula. Getting around the Maraú Peninsula is often done by 4x4 vehicles, quad bikes, or on foot/bicycle, due to the sand roads.

Barra Grande Village (150 m): The main center for tourism and nightlife on the peninsula. It has the pier for the arrival and departure of speedboats, restaurants, bars, tour agencies, and shops.

Ponta do Mutá (1.5 km): Famous for offering one of the most beautiful sunsets in all of Bahia, where the sea meets the Camamu Bay. It has kiosks and is ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.

Taipu de Fora Natural Pools (8 km): Considered one of the most beautiful natural pools in Brazil, they only form at low tide. They are perfect for snorkeling to observe fish and corals.

Taipu de Fora Beach (7.9 km): One of the most popular beaches, with extensive reefs, coconut groves, and excellent infrastructure of bars and restaurants.

Cassange Lagoon (13.8 km): A freshwater lagoon separated from the sea only by a narrow strip of sand. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.
