IMPORTANT:
- Check-in: from 3 PM to 8 PM;
- Checkout: by 11 AM;
- For self check-in, if any issue occurs that requires the host to go to the property after 8:00 p.m., a convenience fee will apply, ranging from R$50.00 to R$100.00 depending on the time;
- Extra linens/towels and cleaning must be requested and are paid separately, directly to Seazone;
- The entry of guests and/or visitors who exceed the property's capacity or who are not listed in the reservation is prohibited;
- Smoking is not permitted;
- Pets are welcome! We gladly accept your pet for an extra fee of R$100 per animal. This fee is not included in the platform price and must be paid directly to the host at check-in;
- Pets must relieve themselves only on the street. If they cause any damage to the property, charges will apply after the check-out inspection;
- Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and may result in fines;
- Quiet hours: from 10 PM to 7 AM;
- Any disrespect is the responsibility of the guest, as are any fines;
- For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, which includes a new cleaning of the property and the replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay;
- Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide identification documents for data verification.
- The pre-check-in will be sent by us 72 hours before check-in, and completing it is mandatory. Failure to submit the information or delays in providing it may result in delays or prevent access to the property.
For our guests' comfort, the property features:

- 1 Bedroom with 1 Queen bed and portable fan;
- 1 Bedroom with 1 Queen bed and split air conditioning;
- Living room with 1 double sofa bed and Smart TV;
- Full kitchen with refrigerator, induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, wine glasses, and air purifier;
- Dining area with table and chairs;
- Wi-fi available;
- Service area with iron;
- No garage.

* The cleaning included in the price is only performed at check-out. If the guest wishes an extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged.

* One bath towel per guest and one hand towel per bathroom are provided, as well as sheets for the indicated number of guests. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.

Access is via self-check-in, with a password and tag for condominium entry. The apartment is on the 5th floor, and the building has an elevator.
All guests will have the Seazone equipment at their disposal.
