"La ubicación y el trato "

"Comida. No usar el transporte del hotel, los van a robar."

The facilities are very clean, and the staff is excellent, especially the housekeeper, María. The food, especially breakfast, is delicious. Although the air conditioning could be improved, the overall experience is very good.
