1) Parties and/or events will not be allowed.

2) Respect the Law of Silence between 22:00 and 08:00.

3) Smoking inside the residence is not allowed. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will incur an extra cleaning fee.

4) It is mandatory to send the identification document of all guests included in the reservation. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

5) It is mandatory to send the identification document of every visitor, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

6) Do not use bed and bath linen to clean blood, makeup, sunscreen and other products.

7) Fines applied to the unit, by the condominium administration, related to the behavior of the tenants, such as loud music, bad behavior, or posture that is in disagreement with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

- Our check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:30, with a tolerance until 22:00. Whenever possible, we make the arrival and departure times more flexible. Ask our customer service team about this possibility.

- For check-ins outside our opening hours (9:30 am to 10:00 pm), a fee of R$ 150.00 will be charged for the face-to-face monitoring of your check-in. You will be accompanied by an Omar do Rio employee who will ensure the success of your check-in.

- We do not provide in our accommodations, salt, oil, sugar or other food items for hygiene reasons.

- We do not recommend using the open push beds for adults.

- To use the gourmet area of the condominium, it is necessary to previously check with the administration if it is reserved.

- There is a pool maintenance service, always at 7am. It is done according to demand and weather/climate, without fixed days.
