La tencion amable de todos los que trabajand en hotel, el gym cumple con creces, ya que es un gimnasio y no una sala con un par de pesas, la piscina muy buena y limpia. Desayuno como corresponde, es decir todo frezco y siempre estaban preocupados de reponer los alimentos. View less

Lo que no me gusto fueron las instalaciones que llegando le pregunto para que me confirme si tienen frigobar me indica si, llegando al dormitorio, estaba vacío, también me cambiaron en dos oportunidades de habitación indicando que las calderas estaban malas, pero no era así, serena tení un festival por ende necesitaban los dormitorios del costado al mar, mala la experiencia es una residéncial con precio de hotel, las personas en recepción no son preocupadas, las puertas se bloquean muchas veces tienes que bajar a que te desbloqueen las llaves, las camas con colchones muy desgastados, no descansas bien, serena tiene muchos hoteles no reserven en serena plaza por mal mismo valores puede. Quedarse en algo mucho mejor y con instalaciones muy buenas, el bar solo atiende hasta las 11 si vas de vacaciones obviamente te acuestas más tarde, si leen esto no se los rwcomiendo para nada el peor hotel View less
