Located in the condo of connecting houses Villa de Imbassaí Residence, our house has 105m2, sleeps up to 6 people in 3 suites and is ideal for those looking for good location and practicality. For leisure to be even more complete we have a swimming pool with hydromassage in the common area.

We are only 150m from the river, from where you just cross a dune to get to the beach. The condo we are in is safe and quiet, great for taking a quiet walk with the family.

- There are no child protection screens.

- Has no accessibility, since the house has 2 floors and all suites are on the upper floor

- We have a reliable diarist to support during the stay (values apart).

As soon as you enter the house, the guest will find a living room with A TV and, integrated into it, we have a toilet, a dining room and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for the stay.
