***It is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of R$2500.00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 5 working days after check-out;
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Suite 2 (Superior): 1 Queen bed, split type air conditioning, Smart TV, closets and blackout curtain.
Suite 3 (Superior): 1 Queen bed, split type air conditioning, Smart TV, closets and blackout curtain.
OBS.: Bedroom 1 and 2 share a bathroom.
In addition to everything the condominium offers (total infrastructure, swimming pool, gourmet lounge, kids space, gym, party room, games room, children's playground, gym and sports courts), it also has private access to the beach, at a distance of approx. 5min walk!
It is worth mentioning that Sauípe has one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast of Bahia.
