I have a room for 2 rooms, 1 sofa for 6 seats, Split Air in the rooms, oval table for 5 people, 1 LED TV with Sky premium package and WIFI internet limited to 6 gigs (without access to videos, netfix, youtube etc).
Large American kitchen, with Duplex Stainless Fridge, Gourmet Stainless Stove, Microwave, blender, sandwich maker and all the necessary utensils for a great stay. I have a winter garden, charming lavatory, the veranda of 22 m2, with a round table 4 chairs, network, suite 01 double with box bed, 1 Berth, dresser, Air Split and WC, the suite 02 with 3 beds, 1 auxiliary bed box, Dresser, Split Air and WC.
