Muy buena calidad de atenciòn al cliente, jardines, habitación, limpieza, vista desde la habitación, me encantó. Hay que tomar en cuenta que la hotelería en la isla es un estilo distinto de otros lugares, se trata de conservar la naturaleza, a los turistas hay que recomendar usar repelente de insectos y no comer en las habitaciones, ni usar cosméticos o productos para el cabello muy aromáticos, ni oerfumes dulces, eso atrae a las hormigas y probablemente a otros insectos mas grandes. Con repelente se anda perfecto. Recomiendo a los turistas llevar agua envasada, especialmente si toman agua con sabores frutales y sin azúcar View less
Faltan señaléticas para indicar en donde doblar para llegar al hotel y de la ubicación de la recepción cuando se logra llegar al estacionamiento. Falta iluminación en el estacionamiento. Falta mejorar la señal de internet, pero es un problema de toda la isla View less
