The Riu Cancún is an incredible place to relax and enjoy. The staff is exceptional, always friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, and there are plenty of activities. The location is perfect, close to the beach and shops. Although the beds are hard and some facilities need updating, the overall experience is wonderful.

The hotel offers an incredible experience with exceptional service and excellent facilities. The private pool and the restaurants, especially Olios, stand out for their quality. Although there are areas for improvement in the food and reception service, the staff's attention is outstanding.

En los restaurantes, la amabilidad y la atención al detalle fueron excepcionales en todo momento. Asimismo, destaco la impecable limpieza de las habitaciones. Tuvieron un gesto maravilloso al dejar una toalla en forma de figura sobre la cama; un detalle que hizo muy feliz a mi hija y que recordará con mucho cariño. Es un hotel excelente al que sin duda regresaremos."

The Riu Latino is spectacular: beautiful views, excellent service, and delicious food. The facilities are very good, and the beach is beautiful. Although there are no lounge chairs or umbrellas, the overall experience is very pleasant. Recommended!
