Hotels in Playa del Carmen

I stayed at Riu Playacar and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is excellent, the facilities are clean, and the beach is beautiful. The variety of food and activities is fantastic. I would only improve the bathrooms and internet. Recommended!

Sandos Caracol is an excellent jungle resort, ideal for families. The staff is exceptional, and the food is delicious. We enjoyed the water park, the cenote, and the nature. I would only improve the internal transportation, but everything else was great.

The hotel stands out for its excellent staff, especially Santos and Celia, and its prime location near the beach. The facilities are pleasant and there's plenty of nature. However, the food and room ventilation could be improved.
