Beautiful house with swimming pool and lots of greenery in the Teresopolis mountains. We have 2 suites with double beds and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. Living room with TV and fireplace, dining room, library and office that could eventually be used as a 4th bedroom. Large balcony with table that can seat 10 people. Swimming pool and beautiful garden with a small pond and fruit trees. Space with lots of privacy, perfect for a family vacation. High speed internet and wifi.

We have a covered garage for 2 cars and we offer an assistant to clean the house and prepare the meals (additional cost)

The house is a Corbusian architetural exemple of
Alcides Rocha Miranda buildings from 1959 /61, year of the inauguration of the
Rio-Teresopolis road. The house slab projects itself gorgeosly into the air without any help of columns. Some of the trees belong to this same períod. An araucaria, a protected tree, is an example of these species that was planted at the limits of the terrain, and anchored with two steel cords to other trees around, despite its deep routs. The house is an example of the Brazilian modern architecture.

We can provide staff to prepare meals and clean the house. The cost would be 200 reais per day (08:00 to 18:00)

It has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 2 suites and 2 accommodation sets (each containing 1 "hall", 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom).
